Welcome

In 1979, a group of concerned residents joined together to create what is known today as the Sun Prairie Industrial Development Corporation. Over the past 25 years, the corporation has partnered with the City of Sun Prairie to help create the premier Business Park in Wisconsin.

The goal of the Sun Prairie Industrial Development Corporation is to create buildable lots for purchase by businesses. By reducing the purchase price, our philosophy has been to help your business locate to Sun Prairie. Via the use of lower land prices, we have been able to create a very attractive park.

Currently, the Park is home to over 35 businesses. These include Famous Footwear, Trachte Building, L.A.Darling, Pan-O-Gold Bakery, and Hallman-Lindsey Paint Company.

The Park is currently managed by a board of directors which comprises the Sun Prairie Industrial Development Corporation and the Sun Prairie Improvement Council. The profits earned from the land sales to the Sun Prairie Industrial Development Corporation and the Sun Prairie Improvement Council are returned to the city via charitable contributions.
